“That is changing… Now, I cannot sit here and tell you that it has changed, but that is changing,” she told ABC News in an interview, the transcripts of which was released by the State Department.
Ms. Clinton accepted that the U.S. had created certain radical outfits and supported terrorists like Osama bin Laden to fight against the erstwhile Soviet Union, but that backing has boomeranged. “Part of what we are fighting against right now, the United States created. We created the Mujahidin force against the Soviet Union (in Afghanistan). We trained them, we equipped them, we funded them, including somebody named Osama bin Laden. And it didn’t work out so well for us,” she said.
The Secretary of the State also said Pakistan is paying a “big price” for supporting U.S. war against terror groups in their own national interest. “But I think it is important to note that as they have made these adjustments in their own assessment of their national interests, they’re paying a big price for it,” Ms. Clinton said.

Hello Khadijah
I am sorry to say that I could not publish your short comment. The problem was with your English. That can easily lead to misunderstandings in the minds of the readers. However, you are welcome to send in your comments but make sure that someone has checked your English first.
So, Dr Khan, you take the Hillarious admission about OBL so seriously.
Don't you think that Madam Hillarious is trying her bit to keep up the OBL/ Al-Qaida myth? I mean who doesn't know since before 911, that OBL and Al-Qaida were creations of CIA? And who doesn't know now that Al-Qaeda hasn't existed for over a decade and that OBL died in Dec. 2001 due to kidney failure? It is unfortunate that you too have become a carrier of myths and false propaganda.
I posted a news article from another paper. Here Secretary Clinton frankly admits the role US played in creating Bin Laden. We all know the role of the CIA in this. However, it is also a fact, American government officials try to cover up such things and they don't tell the truth. In this sense, Secretary Clinton's admission is welcome. (It is not myth-making!)
In some of my earlier posts I had informed that even the late Pakistani PM Benazir, a cheap American stooge and corrupt politician, in an interview with David Frost had said that Bin Laden was killed. I am not in a position to verify or reject the information whether Bin Laden was killed or he died a natural death due to his kidney failure, or he is still alive.
As far as I am concerned I have viewed Bin Laden as a small crook and reactionary who was created and nurtured by global crooks. He was their man as long as he was doing their dirty work. But it all changed when he turned against them.
Finally, I do not agree with what you say about me in your last sentence. It is not true at all. But what you say is up to you.
